Junior Full Day Rally Driving Experience at Silverstone Rally School for One

Precision and car control will take centre stage during this junior rally-driving experience at Silverstone Rally School. Clockwise and anti-clockwise handbrake-stage laps will build towards skid-pan turns, figures of eight and three full stage laps in a Suzuki Swift. Instructor-read pace notes will then guide three runs of a 1km stage before a final random-route session offers further practice. Driver briefings, helmet use and a complimentary tea or coffee on arrival complete the experience.

• Availability Description

  Available during school holidays and on occasional Saturdays, from 8.30am–5pm. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 12 years. Maximum age: 17 years. No driving licence is required. Minimum height: 147cm; maximum height: 1.98m. Participants must be in good health. Ramps are available into the building.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow approximately five to six hours at the venue, including the mandatory safety briefing. Time in the car is approximately one hour per person. Driving sessions run back-to-back and their order will depend on the group.

• Numbers On The Day

  This voucher is valid for one person. There will be a maximum of six participants per car and instructor.

• Dress Code

  Flat shoes are required. Bringing a coat is recommended as parts of the day take place outdoors.

• Other Info

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Lunch is not included but is available to purchase on site. An optional high-speed passenger ride is available for drivers and guests for an additional £40. The supplier may substitute the car due to technical issues or availability. Once booked, cancellations are not accepted; changes must be made at least 28 days before the experience. Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues.
