Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30pm can only be booked no more than 48 hours in advance. All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation and amendment policy; they cannot be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date. A discretionary 9.5% service charge and £1.50 cover charge per person are added to the bill. Some dishes and drinks carry a supplement charge. Wines and vintages are subject to availability and may vary from time to time. If you wish to book a Friday or Saturday evening slot outside the 48-hour window, you can use the purchase price of the dining experience as a cash discount against a full-price meal from the À La Carte menu.
