  This experience is available Sunday to Thursday, from 9am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays. A supplement applies for Friday and Saturday bookings, payable directly to the spa. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 18. Guests who are pregnant must be at least 12 weeks along to receive the pre/post-natal massage. Please contact the spa directly in advance to confirm your treatment selection and discuss any medical conditions.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Upon arrival at the Sofitel SPA, guests are welcomed with a drink and offered complimentary hot drinks throughout their visit. This package includes a choice of one 60-minute treatment: either a signature relaxing massage, a personalised CODAGE facial tailored to your skin, or a pre/post-natal massage (for those over 12 weeks pregnant). Guests also have access to the tranquil Zen relaxation room following their treatment. Use of the spa facilities is available for a supplement and must be pre-booked directly with the venue. Additional refreshments may be purchased from the bar menu. The voucher is non-extendable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Products used include Gaylia Kristensen, CODAGE and Cinq Mondes, and may be purchased on-site.
