  Tours are available one evening every two weeks, on a Thursday or Friday evening, year round, excluding match days, pre-match days and other selected event dates. All dates are subject to availability.

  Minimum age: 18 years. Under 4s go free with a valid adult ticket and will be issued with a ticket for attendance.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please note, you will be sharing your tour with other members of the public. Tickets cannot be cancelled once booked, but they can be exchanged to an alternative date with at least 24 hours’ notice. The tour is accessible for disabled guests; all levels of the tour and museum can be accessed via lift and the route can be amended to avoid steps where possible. The Director’s Box and Chairman’s Suite include steps that cannot be avoided; wheelchair and mobility scooter access to the Chairman’s Suite is very limited. Wheelchair and mobility scooter users are able to enter the top layer of the Director’s Box. Maximum mobility aid size: 1200mm long, 700mm wide and 900mm tall. Powered aids must not exceed 4mph.
