Disappointed
Very disappointed. Booking was for 11:30 arrived at 11:25 I was told we were late looked at my watch told them it was only 11:25 then was told we had to complete a health questionnaire. Was shown into the treatment room the girl left got a few mins then returned treatment commenced. Girl left again the max time I was treated was 18 mins. I would never use this system again. This was a gift to my sister and I can only say i was embarrassed.thelunch was lovely.

disappointing compared to our first visit to Inchyra in March
The massage was very good and the spa staff were delightful, but there was a shortage of robes and we had to make do with towels instead. The hotel itself was very short staffed resulting in cold coffees, a feeble attempt at a two course lunch (half a bowl of lukewarm soup and 4 small sandwiches which a child could have made). Last time we were able to choose our two courses from a menu.The waitress left a drinks menu on our table and never came back for the order. Not the fault of Red Letter Days, but my daughter booked the same experience for my birthday in March with Spaseekers and it was excellent.This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter who works very hard for the NHS and she looks forward to her days off, but this particular day off was not a success. She was disappointed and that made me feel as if I had let her down badly.

Worth waiting for
Spa area was lovely and clean. Pool was a nice temperature. Lunch was delicious, menu was limited but food was really good. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Voucher valid for a year, but due to illness couldn't be used, extending it was easy to do (for a small fee).
