About the experience
Take a close-up look at the traditional art of falconry with a kids' introduction for two. With expert guidance, learn how to tell hawks, falcons and owls apart, then handle a variety of birds of prey. The highlight is flying some of the birds and watching their dramatic, spellbinding flight up close. Afterwards, there is time to stay on at the centre and catch a flying display.

- Availability Description
Available on approximately two dates each month, including weekdays and weekends. Dates fill up quickly, so book several weeks in advance and allow even longer for popular summer weekend dates. All dates are subject to availability.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 5 years. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Duration Detail
The experience lasts for one hour. You're free to stay on at the centre for as long as you wish.
- Numbers On The Day
This voucher is valid for two people. Two grown-ups are welcome to join you for free. Spectators are not limited and are charged at the current admission rate (adults £8.50, concessions £7, children (3–16) £6, two adults and two children £27, or two adults and three children £33).
- Dress Code
Dress for the outdoors with wellingtons or walking boots, and bring a change of clothes if the weather is particularly bad.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Cancellations only occur in extreme weather conditions and, in that event, your experience would be re-booked for an alternative date. Bringing a camera and/or binoculars is recommended if available. Flying displays take place throughout the day.
