Bank Holiday Treat
The actually Spa treatment of a facial and head massage was excellent, thanks to Sarah, the furniture in the lobby area opposite the Gym was looking very tired, there was no water machine to fiill up your bottle and one free drink was offered. The jacuzzi was out of order as was the Aromatherapy Sauna. The Afternoon Tea was lovely, a good choice of sandwiches and cakes, also 2 x plain and 2 x fruit scones.and a big pot of tea.

It was ok
Venue was tired looking and some of the spa facilities were closed. Lovely facial therapist though. Had to send back some of the cream tea. If I'd paid for it myself I'd have been disappointed.

Girly relaxing day
The venue was not great. No robes on arrival. It was almost 2 hours before they arrived. The spa pool and one sauna was out of action. It only left the pool, big sauna, steam room and ice room to use. The treatment (we chose facial) was amazing. It included head and shoulder massage. Afternoon tea was disappointing. Plenty of food, but the cake was shop bought Kipling. It was a nice day with my friend, but I would not recommend it to anyone or wish to return anytime soon.
