Disability access is not available. A government-issued photo ID is retained as a deposit and a credit card is kept on file for bike security. All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own; attachments such as tag-a-longs and trailers are not permitted. eBike upgrades are available; riders must at least be 14 years old. Children are not recommended on the tour unless they are proficient riders. If you have children in your group, please let the supplier know how many and their ages so they can make sure they have the correct sized bikes.
