Such a lovely day

Food was great, service was great and the treatment was too!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing experience. First of all, there was no hot water, making the overall stay extremely unpleasant. The spa itself was quite dirty and run down. The massage wasn't great, with the masseuse very much acting like she didnt want to be there. Wouldn't recommend. Not worth the money.

Spa day

We had a wonderful day at the spa. The facilities were great, and it wasn't too crowded with other users that day. The pool was a good size, and the sauna and steam rooms were not heavily in use, which was nice. The lunch and the complimentary treatment were great added bonuses. I gave it four stars due to the swimming lessons, which were quite noisy. It was difficult to take a nap after my treatment because of the constant loud talking from the instructor and the learners.

Spa day

I always find red letter (any voucher scheme) a struggle to find the right fit in terms of quality, availability and choice due to the fine print. Spa was ok but not really at the level it should be with no spa pool, most of the toilets out of action and no drinks served in the pool area. Treatments were very good though...

Brilliant Spa Morning

Really lovely morning. The staff were very attentive, there was a great choice of treatments available and the facilities available in the spa were brilliant. Would book again for another special occasion or as a gift.
