Very relaxing day

We booked this spa experience without any real expectations. We were blown away by the overall quality. The staff are very friendly, the spa experience was beyond relaxing, the pool, gym and other facilities were clean, and well maintained. We finished with a very nice light lunch of good quality and fresh food with a fizzy! A beautiful day out at 40 minutes from our home. Thank you!

Spa day

We had a wonderful day at the spa. The facilities were great, and it wasn't too crowded with other users that day. The pool was a good size, and the sauna and steam rooms were not heavily in use, which was nice. The lunch and the complimentary treatment were great added bonuses. I gave it four stars due to the swimming lessons, which were quite noisy. It was difficult to take a nap after my treatment because of the constant loud talking from the instructor and the learners.

Spa day

I always find red letter (any voucher scheme) a struggle to find the right fit in terms of quality, availability and choice due to the fine print. Spa was ok but not really at the level it should be with no spa pool, most of the toilets out of action and no drinks served in the pool area. Treatments were very good though...
