  All ages are welcome, however participants under 16 must have at least one paying responsible adult, who must remain in the simulator area for the full session.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Full wheelchair access is available to the hangar and Doors2Manual shop, and a ramp is available to board the aircraft; flight deck access is unavailable to wheelchair users, so participants must be able to move unaided from the cabin into the front cockpit seat. Please note some wheelchairs may not fit through the flight deck door. Children with additional needs may receive one complimentary carer pass in addition to the mandatory chargeable adult pass, with valid proof required. Additional people can be added for £29.95 per person, with group prices depending on numbers. Optional souvenir gifts and a more technical instructor-led session may be available for an additional cost. Flight sim tickets are non-refundable, but date and time changes can be made up to seven days prior; changes within seven days are subject to a 50% booking cost change fee, while changes within 48 hours cannot be changed or cancelled. No-shows require a new booking with no refund or cost deduction. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to The Deck 747 hangar and aircraft.
