• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 17 years, under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Minimum height: 135cm. Some medical conditions may make this motorsport activity unsuitable or unsafe; speak with a doctor if unsure whether you're fit to take part. Guests with disabilities and additional needs may be accommodated where reasonably possible, but requests cannot be guaranteed; please contact the supplier for more information regarding disability access.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow two-to-three hours at the venue from the time stated on your confirmation email. The supplier recommends arriving no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked session.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. An optional £34 damage waiver is available on the day to cover accidental damage caused during the experience; drivers who do not take it must sign a disclaimer, provide credit/debit card details and be able to cover the first £5,000 of any damage. Anyone not taking the waiver must have a card with £5,000 or above credit available; American Express is not accepted. The damage waiver is non-refundable and is not an insurance product or policy. Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We're unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Optional cover/insurance deposit: Some providers also offer optional collision damage cover for an additional fee or may require payment of an insurance deposit. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues. Each participant is responsible for the vehicle they drive, regardless of fault. Upgrades outside the scope of your voucher, such as vehicle upgrades, or premium dates/venues, may incur an additional charge. Once a date has been booked, the experience cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you have booked for a premium track, the track surcharge will apply again when you rebook. If a car, event or venue becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, a replacement vehicle, date or venue will be offered; refunds are not available. Amendments can be made no later than seven days before the event date for a £5 admin fee; after this, a £29 admin fee per car applies, with higher charges for premium venues and race track tuition cancellations. Please bring your voucher on the day. Booking non-refundable accommodation is not advised as events can be cancelled at short notice.
