Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. The View from The Shard must be booked online at least 24 hours in advance and has full wheelchair access. Tickets are covered by the View Guarantee: if poor weather affects visibility of key landmarks, then a free return visit will be issued directly by the operator. Prezzo afternoon tea is available at London locations only and must be reserved online at least 48 hours in advance; Buyagift vouchers cannot be used without pre-booking. A unique code generated at the point of booking must be taken to the restaurant; without it you won’t be able to have your meal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made, and menus are subject to change. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.
