• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 10 years; adults must supervise children under the age of 16. Minimum height: 1.4m (4’7”). Maximum weight: 20.5 stones (130kg).

  Please allow two-to-three hours for this experience.

  Your voucher is valid for four people.

• Dress Code

  Wear clothing you don’t mind getting muddy, dress for the weather and choose closed-toe shoes with good grip, no sandals; long hair must be tied back.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required. Bookings can be cancelled up to seven days before your activity for a refund minus the booking fee, or moved free of charge; within seven days, refunds are not available. Up to 48 hours before your activity, you can move the date (subject to availability) for a £5 administration charge. Changes or refunds are not available within 48 hours of your activity date if Go Ape are operational. Not recommended for anyone with a pre-existing injury or medical condition including pregnancy that could affect safe participation or increase risk of injury. Dogs are allowed. It is recommended that you leave valuable possessions at home. Most sites offer refreshment facilities, please check ahead or bring a picnic. Please make Go Ape staff aware on arrival if you need additional access support; an additional form will be provided. If you have an existing injury, you will need to declare it and complete an additional form on the day.
