Lunch is served at The Albert in Victoria between 12pm and 4pm, and includes a choice of two British pub-style courses. The cruise boats run approximately every 40 minutes. City Cruises vessels have wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities.

Wonderful birthday gift
This was a wonderful birthday gift for a place I had planned to visit but never managed. So much to see and perfect for wandering. Lots of lovely eateries and finishes with a gorgeous garden centre. The whole experience was easy, relaxing and enjoyable.

RHS Bridgewater - wonderful day out
Really enjoyed the visit - lots to see from the Walled Gardens to the Chinese Stream Garden. The Hydrangeas were stunning! There is a wonderful play area for children in the woodland and lots of space to explore. Lovely cafe, and areas where you can picnic.

Waited a long time for treat.
The Harry Potter tour was great, really interesting & fun. Lots to do and see with good facilities. Very easy to arrive, park and get in. Would definitely recommend.
The afternoon tea was disappointing, very poor service compared to previous experiences I’ve had. We were not shown to our table & were left for more than 15 minutes without being asked if we would like even a drink of water. My husband had to go and ask for service.
One waiter did then turn up & was very attentive for 15 minutes, we were served and given a complimentary drink and then our food and tea. But after that we again didn’t see any member of staff and no one asked us if we wanted anything else or a top up of hot water. This is not acceptable for something that is supposed to be a special treat.
