Voucher difficult to activate
We found the red letter day voucher very confusing to activate to actually use. The place we chose to go for our afternoon tea was quite nice. It was very quiet and the staff were very attentive. The food itself was okay, the sandwiches and little cakes were nice, the scones for the cream tea were, however, very, very dry. Overall, we have had a much better experience in the past using a voucher by another company but we had a nice afternoon out anyway.

Wonderful Gift
Really enjoyed the afternoon tea at the Slug and Lettuce on Sunday. The service was excellent, the food was great; being a vegetarian was not an issue at all. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

Disappointed
Notified the restaurant that I am vegetarian when booking. On serving I received 2 small vegetarian sandwiches where as my husband had 4 meaty sandwiches. They only served fruit scones, I requested a plain scone but was told they could not do this. The cakes were very small and we struggled to work out the flavour of the cheesecake. 2 shot glasses filled with chopped strawberries with squirty cream on top. Also served the wrong drink. Overall very disappointing, avoid.
