Fabulous 60th Birthday Spa Treat at Spread Eagle Hotel
Very relaxing afternoon around pool and fabulous sauna,steam room and jacuzzi. We both opted for back massages which was amazing and the therapist checked whether the firmness was correct. Oils smelt lovely. Finally part of day was very substantial afternoon tea which we had in the quirky bar area and spent a couple of hours enjoying including a glass of fizz. An absolutely fabulous 6 hours in total and left feeling totally relaxed.

Fantastic day and lunch at wonderful Sussex spa
We had a wonderful spa morning with smoothie - lovely spa and excellent treatent. Very relaxing. We also loved the lunch in the hotel restarant, would highly recommend and will be back!

Best gift for a friend
I bought this for a friend as a birthday treat for both us and it was amazing! Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely area and the treatments were so relaxing. Afternoon tea was delicious and the waiters were very efficient and friendly making sure to check on us here and there. Definitely will be coming back!!
