Red letter days easy to use and excellent. Champneys is a tired spa venue very in need of some expenditure in all areas. Service was excellent

Staff were friendly,welcoming and professional, I received a deep tissue massage and the experience was very relaxing and would definitely go again, my massage therapist was Beatrice and she instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy throughout, the pool,sauna and steam room did get busy at certain points but we were still able to enjoy them during our visit.

This was a Christmas gift for me and my sister, we went to the spa yesterday and honestly had such a lovely day! The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. Jess was doing my treatments and she was very informative with the products that were being used and generally a lovely girl! Bobbie who works at the reception was amazing and really made me and my sister at ease upon arrival and through our spa journey. Thank you Jess and Bobbie for really making our experience. We will definitely be booking for a little birthday getaway!

received this as a gift from my sons and what a lovely gift it was, my husband and I enjoyed our spa day very much, the staff were lovely, the place wasn’t too busy so we managed to do everything we wanted, gym, steam room, sauna, hydro pool plus time to relax and read then finished off with a treatment each! Will definitely recommend. Thank you
