The process of ordering the spa day through Red Letter Days was very smooth, and the spa day itself was fantastic. Good range of facilities, lovely heated outdoor pool, the treatment was lovely and done very professionally, and the afternoon tea was delicious.

Such a lovely spa, relaxing, calm and quant. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The massage was amazing.

Just what I needed! Time in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna plus an amazing back massage. Easy to get to and the staff are lovely. I'd definitely go back again.

This spa day and afternoon for me and my daughter to enjoy. We were both very happy and impressed with the day. The spa was lovely and uncrowded. We were able to relax and have a good catch up chat! The afternoon tea was first class and served in a room with a lovely view. We even brought home some cake for my husband to enjoy! Based on this experience, I am happy to strongly recommend this "red letter day".

Absolutely fantastic arrived late due to traffic and receptionist allowed us a little more time in spa and made our lunch booking later.

Great treat. Spa facilities in great shape. Had a wonderful full body massage with Esprit. Food at the Crowne Plaza was delicious all round. Rooms a little small for the 3 of us. I had a great day at the Crowne Plaza on my Spa Day. The staff were lovely and friendly. The pool area was very calming and relaxing and my two course lunch was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back for another treat day...
