Received our afternoon tea as a gift and it was very enjoyable booked by telephone which was easy and very much looked after would happily recommend

It is amazing gift for couples friends family or even kids

I took a friend. We are both coeliac and we were catered for with no problems. I would have liked another pot of tea offered to us but that's trivial. We both really enjoyed the lovely surroundings. The staff were very helpful and efficient .

Had a lovely afternoon tea. Fresh sandwiches. Yummy scones and fantastic cakes . Too many to finish so we (wife and me ) took some, along with my special birthday slice, home with us in a box . Very impressive first class hotel. Attentive waiter.

Even though there was low cloud cover and drizzle and we weren’t able to be outside the team have a great presentation prepared with photos and info on things that take place in the night sky throughout the year. Very interesting and enjoyable.

This was a Christmas gift for me and my sister, we went to the spa yesterday and honestly had such a lovely day! The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. Jess was doing my treatments and she was very informative with the products that were being used and generally a lovely girl! Bobbie who works at the reception was amazing and really made me and my sister at ease upon arrival and through our spa journey. Thank you Jess and Bobbie for really making our experience. We will definitely be booking for a little birthday getaway!
