Excellent service
The service at the Claremont Hotel, Platform 7 restaurant, Charing Cross, London exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome at the main entrance to the friendly reception as we were shown into the restaurant, everything felt genuinely inviting. The ladies who served our table on 21 April at midday truly deserve a raise, they were outstanding examples of excellent customer service and are a real asset. The hospitality industry needs more staff like them. Our meal was perfect, and the birthday cake was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea at Fenwicks jn Brent Cross. Excellent service . Best ever ham sandwich I ever had. Cakes and cream tea were delicious too. Highly recommend ??.
