Overview

On this enlightening foraging and wilderness cookery experience, be introduced to the wealth of edible, medicinal plants that grow wild in the UK, and how to cook with them. Friday kicks off with a welcome safety briefing, then the team sets up camp and gets the fire going. The following days pack in an eye-opening schedule that includes plant and tree identification, basic tool-making, foraging and cooking. Roam across 76 beautiful acres of mixed woodland to discover nature's bounty. The foraging aspect of the course is NCFE IIQ accredited, and the entire course has been running for more than 20 years. Leave with brand new bushcraft skills and a range of new recipes to perfect back at home.
