Lovely tea and service
Lovely tea for my family and I. Lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes and warm scones. We went on a Monday afternoon (my birthday) and we were the only people there so it was very quiet and the atmosphere was a little lacking but as there were 8 of us this was ok, we made our own atmosphere! Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and I was even given a small cake with a candle for my birthday! Would definitely return but maybe not on a Monday!

Excellent service and food.A bit pricey but as it was a gift I couldn't argue with that but I would think twice about it if I was paying for a normal afternoon out.

Not sparkling, no champagne included but otherwise a very nice selection of sandwiches, very fresh scones and cakes.

Sparkling afternoon tea
Arrived a few minutes early and there was a wedding on so they were busy but was assured by reception it would die down shortly, directed us to the bar and advised me to let them know we had arrived which we did. We then sat down and waited- thought the sparkling tea would be in the bar but to our surprise they had made up a table in the lounge. There was a bit of confusion with the sparkling part of the afternoon tea but this was rectified and an apology given. The food and drinks were lovely as was the staff. So thank you very much ??.
