Took our grandson aged 4we all loved it the train was spotlessly clean very friendly the guard even invited our grandson into the cab which he loved would definitely recommend excellent value

A lovely day!
A thoroughly enjoyable trip. An hour's ride through beautiful scenery with the lovely town of leyburn at the end.The only slight issue (with Red latter days, not Wensleydale railway) is that this trip is sold as a steam train ride and it definitely isn't a steam train! The lady warned me of this when I rung the railway to book and said they had contacted RLD several times. It didn't bother me but may if it is bought for a steam train enthusiast!
