About the experience
Experience Sussex from the water on a guided kayaking river trip for one. Choose from tranquil routes on the Upper River Arun, River Ouse or River Cuckmere and glide past open fields, wooded banks and striking chalk cliffs. Throughout the journey, expert instructors offer support and tips as you refine your paddling technique and pause to appreciate the local wildlife and South Downs scenery.

- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum weight: 18st (115kg). Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be comfortable swimming 50m.

Please allow approximately four to five hours for this experience.

A full kit list is provided on booking; extra warm clothing and waterproofs are recommended.
