Sherlock Holmes London Walking Tour for Two

Grab a deerstalker for a walking tour of some of the iconic locations featured in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories - and their umpteen film and TV adaptations. The tour starts at the very place where Holmes and Watson first meet, and take in literary sites from gentlemen's clubs to grand hotels featured in some of the novels and short stories, as well as the London that inspired the author of the books, Arthur Conan Doyle. Visit many of the film and TV locations in the capital featured in screen adaptations with Jeremy Brett, Benedict Cumberbatch and Robert Downey Jr. Along the way, have plenty of opportunities to take pictures and see the locations up close before ending the tour at Somerset House on The Strand.

• Availability Description

  This voucher is valid for two people. Tours run on Saturdays at 10.30am, year round, Wednesdays at 10.30am February–November and during Christmas holidays and Fridays at 10.30am during Easter, May, July, August and Christmas holidays. Dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Everyone is welcome, but under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult.

• Weather

  Rain won't stop the tour going ahead, so come prepared!

• Duration Detail

  Tours last for around two hours, starting at 10:30am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early at the meeting point as the tour will leave promptly.

• Numbers On The Day

  A maximum of 30 people make up the tour group.

• Dress Code

  Dress for the weather - bring an umbrella or waterproofs if it's raining. Please wear comfortable shoes. Bring a camera.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. You must be 17 or over. This experience runs selected Saturdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tours will run on Saturdays at 10.30am from January-December, Wednesdays at 10.30am during school holidays and from March-October, as well as Fridays at 10.30am between July-August. Bookings must be made in advance. Allow 2 hours for this experience. All dates are subject to availability and your voucher must be booked and taken before the date shown.
