Lovely afternoon
Apart from the pool areas needing some TLC, this was a lovely spa day. we had a facial and deep tissue massage which were wonderful. My only slight whinge would be it took most of our afternoon getting a robe, I believe the delivery hadn't turned up, We finally got them towards the end of our afternoon, which was then almost pointless.
The afternoon tea was good, I've had better so I probably wouldn't do that again but definitely would go back to the Spa.

Relaxing treat
Just what we needed. The experience includes a 25 minute treatment (choice of 3) afternoon tea and use of the facilities.
The treatment was great with knowledgable staff and full use of the relaxation rooms until 6pm. Plenty of facilities to keep you busy, we especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and ice room.
Afternoon tea food and service leaves a lot to be desired but did not ruin the day.

Really disappointing
Treatment was fantastic - That was the saving grace!
It shouldn't be offered as spa day, its members lane swim so inside pool was out of use, no relaxation beds we had to stand, mess everywhere (towels, robes and cups) Missing tiles, spa was really worn, wet everywhere, no scent in the aroma sauna, the outside pool was cloudy and kept being tested, then there was a kids swim which was far from relaxing screaming kids everywhere! Members were ranting about each other in the changing room and reception which was embarrassing, changings rooms are far to small. Afternoon Tea was good the setting was lovely but the cake selection was poor. We paid extra on top of our voucher, it just wasn't good at all. Really disappointing! I'm actually gutted that i spent money on this.
