Beautiful afternoon tea
Spa old tired small and wanting. No hot drink offered on arrival or slippers. Had to keep coming out of changing room to ask for help. No lockable lockers. No padlocks and coins operated available operated ones used. Pool on the cold side, not enough loungers and chairs and towels hard.
Sold as massage 10 mins on feet but had to ask and was told most people didn’t like their feet being touched. Towel used to cover was standard pool towel which was too small to cover body .tables hard and uncomfortable.
We booked tea for 2 pm but asked to bring it forward as we really couldn’t spend more time in the spa.
Thank god the food was fabulous nice fresh sandwiches and a big pot of tea! This was the saving grace of the present.

Amazing massage
The spa is not great not enough loungers for amount of people booked in. Sauna not working, I went to use shower before entering steam room and the piping wasn’t even connected so no shower. Then the workman turned up banging and walking around spa area. My husband couldn’t shower at all as all the showers weren’t working in the male changing area. It wasn’t a nice experience, it was meant to be a special gift our friends gave us vouchers for our 25th wedding anniversary I wish we’d booked something else now.

Spa and treatment and afternoon tea.
My daughter and I experienced for the first time a massage and facial withe tea afterwards. We were very pleased with everything. Staff very attentive .polte.helpful. other than the jacuzzi not available for use we enjoyed our visit.

Satisfaction
We had a good time at the spa. The Hotel was clean all the places we used on the premises were all cleaned and up to date.
I must say that, some of the reviews on the place do not sell it too good.
But we had an excellent time there for our spa day.
Lizbeth, my masseuse did an amazing job.
The recipetionst at the spa department was very pleasant and helpful.
I will recommend it!!
