Satisfaction
We had a good time at the spa. The Hotel was clean all the places we used on the premises were all cleaned and up to date.
I must say that, some of the reviews on the place do not sell it too good.
But we had an excellent time there for our spa day.
Lizbeth, my masseuse did an amazing job.
The recipetionst at the spa department was very pleasant and helpful.
I will recommend it!!

Spa treat
First time I've tried a red letter day. I was so happy I did try it. Excellent value for money. The location was easy to get to with sufficient parking on site. Very clean . Warm greeting from Receptionist. The pool area with sauna & jacuzzi was amazing. Our treatments were relaxing and professionally managed. The afternoon tea was delightful.

Spa day gift
The hotel and facilities are very well kept, clean, and the staff are all very welcoming. The therapist who done my massage was AMAZING. She was so kind, warming, and really relaxed my stressed tensed muscles. I had afternoon tea as part of my gift, but I didn't like most of the included foods, so had to get it to take away to give to a friend. I didn't have the option to swap the afternoon tea for food which I liked. The girl behind the bar was lovely, keeping my tea cup refilled as I waited for the food to be prepared and boxed up.

Treat to ourselves
A treat to ourselves for my friend and I. Staff were very helpful and professional. Lovely swim in the pool.Relaxing treatment of back massage and facial followed by our afternoon tea. We weren't rushed and we both had a great time.
