Excellent as always
We love this spa and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance manager is very friendly and helpful and the bar staff always try hard to please all the guests.

Great day
Went with a friend to the Mercure Hotel Dartford for a spa day with afternoon tea.
Lovely relaxing day which started with a coffee, then a swim and using the sauna and hot tub, etc and relaxing on the loungers around the pool. The afternoon tea was delicious with a variety of sandwiches, cakes and nice scones and clotted cream. Would definitely recommend it.
Looking forward to the next spa day.

Lovely day!
Went with my friend for a spa day with afternoon tea to Mercure Dartford Hotel. Had a lovely cup of coffee on our arrival and then a nice swim in the pool. We used the hot tub and steam room and relaxed on the loungers round the pool. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea - especially the s one with jam and clotted cream which was delicious. We finished the day with more of the same that we had done in the morning.
All in all, a most enjoyable day. Came home and booked our next spa day with treatments included and look forward to enjoying this.

Lovely day out
I enjoyed my day out. It was relaxing and there is something for everyone. There was water aerobic class and at first I thought it was a private class but it was inclusive. my sisters joined in and the teacher was really fun and friendly they had a great session. even if you don’t want to do the water aerobic, other facilities are available for you to use. The afternoon tea was satisfying and our dietary requirement was catered for. Will definitely be going again
