  Your voucher is valid for two people. Your voucher may be used Monday-Thursday, year-round. Due to high demand we recommend booking at least 8-12 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. All dates are subject to availability and exclude bank holidays, special occasion dates and school half terms.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 18.

• Duration Detail

  Please arrive at midday (as treatment times may be booked any time after then) and feel free to stay until 4pm to enjoy the spa's facilities.

• Dress Code

  Bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. Bring flip-flops if you have them, alternatively, slippers can be purchased on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable).
