Never using Red Letter day again

My husband originally got me a Red Letter Spa voucher but I had to change it on numerous occasions because most of the hotels on here only allow you to book on weekdays. This is no good for us as we have a 2 year old and cannot arrange childcare on a weekday. After changing this experience from a spa experience to a dining experience, my expectation was that the meal would be exceptional for something we paid over £300 for! It was probably one of the most average Indian meals I have ever had, not to mention the hotel was so dated and the staff were useless. If I'm paying £300 for a dining experience, I at least expect the waiter or front of house to take my coat and hang it in a cloakroom. I am very disappointed with all aspects of this whole Red Letter day experience and definitely would not recommend purchasing any type of experience from here.
