A glorious whisky tasting experience awaits at the luxurious Rubens at the Palace in Victoria, London. Settle in and soak up the regal atmosphere whilst being guided through a whisky tasting experience by the resident experts. Try out three fine whiskies whilst tucking into a sharing plater of decadent cheese and chocolate truffles. Learn about each whisky and notice the difference in flavour, which range from full and fruity to deep and dry.

The dress code for The Rubens is smart casual and we respectfully ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops and non-tailored shorts – guests not adhering to the dress code policy will not be permitted entry into the restaurants and bars.

Great experience, fantastic gift
Really enjoyed our experience at The New York bar: learned the history of cocktails and saw Matt's mastery, which was a great show on its own, drank 3 wonderful cocktails, ate some delicious snacks. Matt covered the basics of cocktail preparation, also shared quite a few tips and tricks.

Amazing experience
The hotel is beautiful and located a short walk from Victoria Station. The afternoon tea was amazing and the staff were brilliant, they made sure you had everything you needed and explained all of the food. I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone for a special occasion.

Considerate staff, didnt rush us at all and gave us plenty of time to eat. Excellent pastries and sandwiches
Only thing that would have made it better is if it was clear whether refills were included and if we were able to choose where to sit.

Afternoon tea at the Rubens at the palace
We had a wonderful afternoon tea all the staff made us welcome and as we were both celebration our 60th birthdays they came out with a special cake with happy birthday writen on it .it was a lovely surprise all the cakes tasted wonderful could have had more sandwiches if we wanted but didnt have any room would definitely recommend this afternoontea.

Lovely afternoon tea. Well presented and with excellent service. Very filling, but we were able to bring home a 'doggy bag'! Downside was the tables were crammed in so we were too close to the next table, which did spoil the experience.
