Really enjoyed this. Quirky and fun. Saw and learnt so much with excellent guides Carrie from Barry and Dave (couches). Lush it was.

Had an afternoon tea for 2 and paid extra for a children's afternoon tea. Was very impressed with the selection of savoury bits although sandwich fillings were very basic and a nice selection of cakes. However, was more impressed with the child's portion. Setting was lovely though, will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing time, the challenges were great fun & it was also interesting to hear the history.

Brought gift voucher last year for my hubby and daughter to do together had a rubbish year and was a couple days out of date the staff were brilliant as they honered the voucher still and we went in August they loved ot and said they would defo do again brill experience just wish it would have been bit closer as was 2 hour drive there and 2 hour back but well worth it. They loved it said they would defo do again lovilee day out weather was abit drizzly but hey ho ..

This was a present for my husband and he enjoyed it! The actual experience was perfect and we were lucky to have it on a nice and sunny day (in Wales!). The staff that I saw was friendly and welcoming. The booking process was a bit confusing - the online form didn't accept the voucher number and then I found somewhere that I have to email Zip World. Once I did though, I received a confirmation for the chosen date and time very quickly. The instructions that I received were straightforward and not too overwhelming. The only surprise is that you have to pay for parking - as far as I understand, this is a new initiative and many people are unhappy about it. There are places to park a bit further away though, but if people don't have a lot of time before their experience, then they have no choice. Anyway, a good experience overall, lovely view and we would like to come back!
