Afternoon Tea
Spent a lovely afternoon enjoying an Afternoon Tea for my partner and myself brought my son and daughter in law. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and hotel and staff were warm and friendly couldn’t ask for a lovelier way to spend an afternoon.

Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. The restaurant looked amazing, complete with pianist. And the tea was to die for. I've never had such tasty sandwiches and cakes. There was so much we went home with a doggy bag each.

It was an amazing experience. Booking was smooth and easy with Redletter days voucher. Booked online, turned up on the day, checked in and jumped! I've wanted to do this for a long time, but COVID slowed life down. Time to live now, full speed ahead! I'd give it 10/10 but they didn't have video working on the day, so 9/10.

Very good gift
I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!
