Afternoon Tea in Manchester

Enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea at Fenwicks jn Brent Cross. Excellent service . Best ever ham sandwich I ever had. Cakes and cream tea were delicious too. Highly recommend ??.

Less than easy to make the reservation via Red Letter Days, but a phone call to The Three Fyshes sorted it. A very enjoyable afternoon.

We visited Bridgewater Cruises to celebrate my Grandad’s 91st birthday. Right from the first phone call to book the experience, to visiting and enjoying our afternoon out, the staff were nothing but friendly and welcoming to us all. They even decorated our table with a ‘Happy Birthday’ banner which was a lovely unexpected touch. The food was delicious and nicely presented, and you were checked on regularly for drinks top-ups. While travelling along the canal there was the occasional recording played that told you bits of history about that canal which was interesting too. We throughly enjoyed our afternoon out and will look to book again next year on the new boat they are currently renovating.

Fabulous experience service excellent

We went along to our afternoon tea at Slug and Lettuce, Gun Wharf, Portsmouth, not knowing what to expect. We were'nt disappointed. The service was excellent from booking to the day. The food was really tasty and the venue was lovely with a tranquil atmosphere. 10/10
