The day started at 10am with hot drinks and an intro to the day. It wasn't long before we were enjoying bacon sandwiches and our first taster. The Head Brewer was passionate and informative, inviting us to be as involved or not as we liked in making a batch of IPA throughout the day. As we this took place we were given regular samples of the various beers/IPA's/Cask Ales/Porters to try. A substantial lunch was provided, along with our choice of 5l 5keg to take away at the end. I would definitely leave the car behind as the opportunity to try each beer was substantial.

We had great fun learning about wine growing, different grapes, methods and regions. Lovely wine and cheese with a passionate and knowledgeable host.

Have brought this experience for my partner for her 70th birthday . I have used Red Letter Day experiences before and every time have had a great time.

Excellent host, really knew how to make everyone feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Really enjoyable experience - highly recommend it! We learnt so much!

An excellent tour of the winery and brewery. Very informative. Finished off by a tasting session of the wines, beers and liqueurs.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. We had a wonderful time. An informative tour followed by cheese and wine tasting. It was very relaxing and our guide was interesting and funny. Would recommend this to others
