Brilliant day out, lots to do, family friendly

What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and everything was well explained. The walk itself was well managed and a good length. Would definitely do it again!

We received this day out as a gift. Our interest in motor racing ranges from nil to mildly interested so we were not particularly looking forward to the day. What a surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The museum is really interesting & the interactive exhibits are really enjoyable. We went on the simulator & watched some of the races taking place at the time of our visit. Adults & children would all recommend this as a great day out

Took our grandson aged 4we all loved it the train was spotlessly clean very friendly the guard even invited our grandson into the cab which he loved would definitely recommend excellent value

Great place. People really care about the animals. Such a great feel good experience and you get to look around all the other animals

Staff were amazing and very polite and very helpful. I made a last minute booking which was honoured (thank you for that!). Paddington bear was there for photos and there was task for the kids to collect 6 different stamps and postcards around the site got you a marmalade sandwich! It was a brilliant day and brilliant experience. One steam train was running and on the other line was a diesel. Food was nice and staff very friendly in the cafe as well. It was superb. Good grass area with a little wooden train for kids to play. War Bunker was interesting. Great for train enthusiasts and lots to see and look at or photo. We’ve been 3 times, two of which have been red letter day vouchers.
