• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum: 16 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to access spa facilities, and 18 or over for treatments. If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment. If you have undergone surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted.

• Dress Code

  Please bring swimwear for use in the spa and suitable footwear though single-use flip-flops will be available for purchase on the day.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Robes and towels are provided. Afternoon tea is served in the hotel lounge at 3.30pm following spa use between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the point of booking, as needs cannot be accommodated without advance notice. The venue has disabled access with ten accessible ground floor rooms.
