If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment. If you have undergone surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted.
