  Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult for spa access. Guests 18 or over are to receive treatments. If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment. If you have undergone surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted.

Lunch is served in the main hotel restaurant between 12pm and 2pm, with orders taken upon arrival. Towels and robes are provided. Single-use flip-flops can be purchased on the day.
