• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to access spa facilities. If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment. If you have undergone surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted. You must be 18 or older to receive a spa treatment.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Robes and towels are provided upon arrival. Single-use flip-flops are available to purchase on the day. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes prior their booked time. Lunch is served in the main hotel restaurant at 12.30pm following spa treatments. Dietary restrictions must be disclosed when confirming the reservation, as the venue cannot accommodate particular requests on the day without advance notice.
