  You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people. For The View from The Shard: Available for entry on Wednesday–Sunday, year round. Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For the Thames Afternoon Tea Cruise: Available Monday–Friday, year round.

• Participant Guidelines

  For The View from The Shard: Minimum age: 4 years. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket. For the Thames Afternoon Tea Cruise: Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options are available but MUST be pre-booked at point of booking. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon arrival.

• Duration Detail

  For the Thames Afternoon Tea Cruise: Boarding commences at 3.15pm at Tower Pier; the boat leaves at 3.30pm and returns to Tower Pier at 5pm.

For The View from The Shard: Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier. For the Thames Afternoon Tea Cruise: Seating is pre-allocated before the cruise takes place; your voucher entitles you to a standard seat on board. Most of the tables are located in the middle of the floor space and in very close proximity to each other, with each table (or pair of tables) seating four people – aisles separate them from the window tables, which seat two people only. The boat must keep to a strict timetable and so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel.
