First time on a helicopter enjoyed it lots shame about the weather...

The flight simulator was very realistic and the instructor was excellent. Would recommend this experience to anyone

Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. The restaurant looked amazing, complete with pianist. And the tea was to die for. I've never had such tasty sandwiches and cakes. There was so much we went home with a doggy bag each.

A great experience all staff were more than helpful,pilot was very informative.Weather was mot the best but they brought our flight forward to an earlier time so we were not disappointed

Lesson was fantastic however your process to get the voucher exchanged to a lesson was very difficult with no assistance was very poor

I had never before been in a helicopter and found the experience to be very pleasant and also very interesting. I thought maybe the pilot could wear my age badge (91) upside down (16), but the flight was steady, comfortable and much less noisy than I had anticipated.

We had lunch there on a Saturday in November, were delighted to see what a stunning restaurant it is - pure elegance and beauty - the service was phenomenal, discrete but so friendly and attentive, and the food lived up to what you'd expect from a Michelin * place. Also, quantity was perfect across the three courses. Do bear in mind that, other than the welcome drink and the three courses, everything else is extra. We spend close to £150 over and above our voucher, but you'd expect that in any restaurant nowadays, and the voucher made the overall lunch very affordable.

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!
