Wonderful setting, lovely staff and gorgeous afternoon tea.

Spent a lovely afternoon enjoying an Afternoon Tea for my partner and myself brought my son and daughter in law. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and hotel and staff were warm and friendly couldn’t ask for a lovelier way to spend an afternoon.

Received this package as a birthday gift from my wife. The experience was worth every penny spent ?? The fear is unreal but the thrill was even better.

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!
