Lovely relaxing tea

Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. The restaurant looked amazing, complete with pianist. And the tea was to die for. I've never had such tasty sandwiches and cakes. There was so much we went home with a doggy bag each.

Outstanding!

I booked this for my partners birthday. Beautiful décor, wonderful atmosphere, the staff are fantastic and the food/drinks... Amazing! We will be heading back. Also, I didn't tell them it was my partners birthday but when they found out, they brought a lovely birthday treat over. I highly recommend and will definitely be heading back

Brilliant gift

Fabulous day out! The food was delicious! And very well presented it didn't look a lot, but was very filling we even had to take some home with us. The staff are really nice and looked after us well.

Enjoyable Afternoon Tea

Beautiful setting by the harbour. Very tasty choice of sandwiches and delightful cakes. The scones are kept wrapped and remained warm. Service was absolutely perfect. We chose the outside seating, which was available, the inside seating was fully air-conditioned.

Fantastic experience

Was so happy with the Harrods experience, always wanted to go but never really found the time. Having this voucher gave us the opportunity to go and experience one of London most iconic land marks. Having booked the experience a few times through Red letter days and other operators, it never fails or falls short. Different servers this time, but with the service standards upheld.
