  Available Monday-Thursday, year round. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 18.

• Duration Detail

  Please arrive at 10am (as your treatments may be booked for anytime after then) and feel free to stay until 2pm. Treatment times are confirmed on the day. The treatment last for 25 minutes.

• Dress Code

  Bring swimwear, plus a tracksuit and trainers for use in the fitness suite. Bring flip-flops if you have them, or you can buy slippers on the day. A locker, towels, robes and toiletries are provided (a returnable £10 deposit is payable).

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. To book any additional treatments please call the spa, giving a minimum of two weeks notice. This experience MUST be booked and taken by the expiry date shown on the voucher.
