LNG queue to get into the shard, nice when there but don’t waste time eating at the restaurant. Poor menu choice, slow service, food average, no atmosphere, horrible location

Had a lovely lunch cruise down the Thames and then a view from the shard, when I booked it did say cocktail but once booked it had changed to champagne, but this was not an issue as the staff at the shard granted our cocktail once we showed our gift card. Was a lovely day doing both experiences, the cruise was great, food was delicious and the staff and tour guide was great and very insightful and funny, would highly recommend this gift. Will definitely be booking more trips.

We had a truly memorable time at the Shard. The queue to access wasn't long and apart from the understandable security search at entry, the whole process was pretty smooth. It was very windy at the top floor but that's to be expected. We were able to get extra photos taken by the in-house photography expert which added to the magic of the experience. All in all this was a fab gift for our wedding anniversary. We'll certainly do this again.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter. We were impressed with the organisation and security checks going into the building although did not have to show a COVID passport.
Sadly, there was no view due to the fog but we still thoroughly enjoyed the experience with the cocktails and plenty of photo opportunities inside.
We really appreciated being able to rebook tickets for an alternative date because of the fog.

The Shard is superb but there was very low lying fog when we visited. However, we were given a voucher to visit another time, superb customer service! We did have the cocktail though and it was superb.
