Lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff who genuinely took an interest in what you thought, freshly baked bread, tasty food and lovely wines. This occasion was a Christmas gift from daughter, I’m sure we will be back even if we have to pay ourselves

The service,food and excellent service,this hotel is very worthy of it's 5 star rating plus we loved all the furnishings and the very relaxing ambient music too!
We have been before last year and felt the same way,this truly was a wonderful experience and would fully recommend this. I bought this gift for my husband and he felt the same as myself! The staff do there utmost to make guests customers welcome!
The only downside was the price of the dessert wine, I haven't had before,I was asked beforehand if I would like to try? so I thought maybe taste it first but I had a small glass of dessert wine.,it was lovely-later we found it cost £15,I wouldn't have had it had I known it cost that much! Otherwise we had a wonderful experience!
