Great time
Went for my brother's chilled birthday and watched Captain Phillips and the staff were amazing and brought us our cocktail. The seats were comfy and spacious and I'd definitely go again

Lovely afternoon
Really enjoyable experience. Lovely hotel (and staff). Cinema was fab. Film was excellent as was the post-cocktail on the roof terrace. Recommend!

Nice Hotel, staff average
The cinema is very nice, was expecting a small little room, but it actually is a good size and the seats are comfortable.
The cocktails offered with this deal are not really cocktails (see pic). A dark rum with some ginger beer and lime and a aperol spritz are pretty basic. They do do some amazing looking proper cocktails there, but they are not part of the deal.
The bar was not that busy when we arrived and we went to the bar to order and they told us to take a seat and they would come over. Some of the tables still had food and drink left on from the last customer and no one was clearing up. Tables needed a wipe. Bar staff never did come over, so went up again and ordered. They did bring the fairly average drinks over shortly after.
Only spent a short time in the bar and we did take our drinks down to the cinema.
It was generally a nice experience, only let down by the drinks and the bar.

A nice experience but could be improved
On arrival to the courthouse, it was an impressive venue and we were shown up to the bar. We were initially told drinks would be available afterwards so were not aware that we should have had them in advance. We were therefore very rushed in having them on the rooftop bar. The cinema was nice but the picture and sound quality wasn't the best and all guests were left to struggle with the lift which we weren't able to operate without a keycard afterwards.
