One Day Italian Cooking Class at The Cooking Academy for Two

Share a full day exploring Italian flavours in a professional teaching kitchen. After introductions, a skilled tutor demonstrates key methods before guiding you and your companion through preparing fresh pasta with tomato sauce, a perfectly textured risotto, arancini and handmade pizzas. Working as a pair, you divide tasks, practise techniques and taste as you go. With all ingredients included and expert support, the dishes created are packed for you to enjoy after class.
